We collect account details, listing activity, saved homes, chat and inquiry activity, verification documents when you choose identity verification, and technical signals needed to keep HaaBaan secure and reliable.
We use this information to run property search, account features, seller tools, analytics, fraud prevention, customer support, and service communications.
For HaaBaan trust and safety checks, we may process Thai ID card, passport, or corporate documents. The Verified badge means HaaBaan reviewed ID evidence; it does not mean government-backed verification or a guarantee of any property transaction.
Raw KYC document images are stored in private storage, limited to authorized super-admin review, access logged, hidden after approval, and scheduled for deletion after the configured retention window, currently 14 days.
You can update your profile from account settings, remove saved homes, or contact the team to request help with data access, correction, or deletion.
